Shipping
We deliver garments from the moonkids collections throughout the whole world. We cooperate with Swedish post and the parcel is delivered with your ordinary post. You will receive an email when the order is on it´s way to you. moonkids denies any liability in delivery due to unforeseen events caused by postal service or express carrier. All orders that is placed to be delivered outside Sweden may be subjected to taxes and custom duties at the destination point. The buyer is responsible for all such costs.

Shipping cost & delivery dates:

Inside Europe: EUR 10, 2-4 working days

Rest of the world: EUR 12, 4-6 working days.

Payment
The prices presented at the shop is in EUR and includes VAT. We accept credit cards: Visa and Master Card. You can also pay via Paypal.

Secure Shopping
In order to make your shopping & payment secure moonkids cooperates with Dibs AB (a well known safe payment processor). moonkids does not store or process any of your card details. The customer information given to moonkids while processing your purchase will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies or organizations without your approval.

Returns & reclamation
If you´re not content with your moonkids garment you can return it within 14 days after received parcel. If you like to exchange an item, you need to return the garment to moonkids and make a new purchase in the shop. The garment shall be unused and shall be returned in original package with unmarked hang tags and other labels intact. Please use our return form by clicking here. moonkids will not bear the cost of the return. Items on sale excluded.
If you would like to reclaim an item; please click below to download our reclamation form. Please note that before the item is returned, moonkids must confirm and approve the return. The broken item will be replaced with a new one if the garment is available in stock. moonkids will bear the cost of the postages.
